Covering the well known car brands of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional, and supporting parts and service operations. A business operation of >$2billion turnover, across 9 countries, 350 dealers and team of 265 direct reports. Has improved volume and share over 25%, profitability by > 50% and reduced stock and improved cash by more than $100Million.
