Boby began his career 1997 with Al Jaber Industries where he worked in the capacity of Head of Quality and later as the Factories QHSE Manager. Having accomplished his challenges, he then moved to TUV Middle East (TUV NORD) in 2011 as Country Manager for Qatar. In 2013, he established his Management System & Continuous Improvement Consulting and Training organization - ROVIS Management Solutions in UAE where the team consults and trains on several Management System Standards, Business Process Management, related trainings and audits. He has been a visionary and has led the organization successfully through stormy waters and kept up to the expectations of the stakeholders.
